Before adjusting the speed of the threading position, it is necessary to first adjust the height of the weaving die eye (please refer to relevant articles for how to adjust).

First, loosen the bolts around the outer cam (4 for 16 spindles and 6 for 24 spindles).
Then hold the lower ingot frame and pull the large plate separately, so that the braided wire reaches the position shown in Figure 1, that is, the braided wire is just in contact with the upper ingot wire frame and is kept straight.
Then, in conjunction with the large disk, pull the outer cam to place the upward weaving thread on top and the adjacent downward weaving thread on the bottom.
In Figure 2, the closer to the top of the wire rack, the slower the wire passing. When the number of weaving branches is small and the diameter of the weaving wire is small (such as 0.08, 0.05, 0.03, etc.), the wire passing position needs to be relatively slow.
In Figure 3, the farther away from the top of the wire rack, the faster the wire passes. When there are more weaving branches and larger weaving wire diameters (such as 0.12, 0.15, 0.20, etc.), the wire passing position needs to be relatively adjusted.
Attention: To confirm whether the current wire passing position is fast or slow, it is necessary to follow Figure 1. The braided wire is in a state that just contacts the upper spindle wire frame, and the braided wire should be kept straight. Adjust the position of the thread and never forget to tighten the bolts around the outer cam!
